What is the best time of day to exercise?

Plenty of people tout the benefits of early morning sweatsessions, but if you can't fit in a workout before noon, don't sweat it.Research suggests the body could adapt to regular gym dates, so if we hit theweight room every day at 4 p.m., eventually we might perform better at thattime than at any other time of day.

Is it better to exercise at night or in the morning?

One of the most common reasons cited is that when youexercise in the morning, you get your workout out of the way. ... In fact, amorning workout is a lot like breakfast in that it gets your metabolism going.Simply put, you burn more calories all day long just from the sheer fact ofexercising in the morning.

Is it OK to exercise at night?

Exercise utilizes a lot of nutrients, which are furtherdepleted at night as you sleep. If you're on a strict diet, you run a risk byworking out before bed then not eating to recover from the workout prior tohitting the sack. ...
